Mike Grisonich CCC #11251681
Canadian Certified Counsellor (CCC)
Individuals (Adults)
Although it’s often a specific situation or symptom which causes us to seek help, therapy has the potential not only to relieve pain, but also to promote growth. Building resilience, deepening your understanding of yourself, and developing a sense of meaning and purpose in your life – these are all realistic and worthwhile goals with which counselling can help.
In my practice, I work with a wide range of adults on a diverse range of issues. As a recent graduate, however, I am especially focused on developing expertise in the treatment of anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder – for both of which I am pursuing specialized training.
If you’re interested in working with me, consider booking a free 15-minute phone consultation by reaching out to our Keys to Hope office.
